How to Cancel an Active Phone Number request in Non-VoIP?

The Non-VoIP platform is designed to give you full control over your requests. If you order a number and decide to back out before receiving the activation code, the system allows you to end the process and automatically refund your balance in a few quick steps.

Steps to Cancel a Number:

  1. View the Active Card: From the main "Overview" dashboard, locate your current request under the "Active Numbers" section and click the "View" button.


  2. Initiate Cancellation: The card details will be open. At the bottom of the card, click the "Cancel Number" button.


  3. Confirm the Process: A confirmation pop-up window will appear. Click the red "Cancel Number" button to finalize the action.


What Happens After Cancellation?

  • Cancelling will release this number and end the verification process associated with it.

  • Your account automatically receives an instant refund, provided no SMS was received on this number.
